Dimensions: 45mm in diameter, thickness only 11.8mm, close to the original. The diagonal length of the case (from 10 o'clock to 4 o'clock) is measured, and because the case is nearly square, the width from top to bottom is smaller than this value, so the visual effect is not overly large.
